Gifting
How do I redeem my digital Wonderjungle gift card?
Provide your gift card’s code during checkout. Digital gift cards do not expire. Only valid for purchases at wonderjungle.com.au. Lost or stolen cards / gift card codes will not be replaced. Gift cards sold at wonderjungle.com.au are a digital product, and sent via email. No physical gift card is sent. They cannot be used to buy additional gift cards and are not redeemable for cash. No change will be given, but the balance may be applied for future purchases. Create an account to keep track of your balance.
I’m sending earrings as a gift. How does it work?
At checkout, mark your order as a gift when prompted. If you’d like a hand-written card included with your gift, please write it in the gift message field at checkout. Type your message exactly as you’d like it written, as it will be copied word-for-word. The shipping address is where the package will be sent. This can be your address or the address of someone else you’d like it shipped to.
Will the invoice be in the package?
Nope! When you place your online order you’ll get an invoice emailed to you, so paper invoices are not printed and sent with any type of orders.
Can gifts be exchanged?
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. See Shipping & Returns for more details.
How can I be sure they’ll like their gift?
Perhaps consider a gift card. Wonderjungle gift cards are sent via email and can be used for ANY of the awesome earrings at the Wonderjungle online store. Let them choose the exact earrings they’ll love. Select your amount, add a personalised message and take the worry out of gift-giving.
Coupons and Promotions
Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Coupon codes are not valid for sale items. Coupon codes cannot be applied during checkout where items in your cart are already discounted as part of a promotion. If you’d prefer to take advantage of your coupon code, consider removing promotional or sale items from your cart.
Why aren’t all the items in my cart being discounted?
All discounts and promotions are applied to the full RRP of a product. Items already marked down are not eligible for further markdowns.

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
